What is the Loyalty Programme?
This promotion is intended to reduce the transaction costs incurred while trading, saving clients money. Transaction costs can be quite a burden when trading the forex markets, ether in the form of spreads or commissions and overnight or weekend swaps. All these together can take away a significant portion of your profits, unless you have the loyalty programme.
In the programme, the cost of transaction is slashed on a sliding scale depending on your account balance, and the number of lots traded. Assume that trading one whole lot incurs a 20-point spread ($20), as this is the average spread.
Clients with an account balance below $15,000 will enjoy a 5% cost reduction for all trades up to 99 lots. That is a $1 cost reduction on every trade, which is awesome considering FXTM allows accounts starting at a balance of $100. Furthermore, very active traders who go beyond 99 lots will get a bump up to a 10% cost reduction for every trade, saving $2 on each trade.
For those clients with an account balance less than $50,000, their cost reduction rate rises to 10% for trades up to 99 lots, and 15% if they trade 100 or more lots. That translates to a $2 and $3 cost reduction on every trade – a considerable amount reduced just from the incurred costs.
If you have more than $50,000 but less than $100,000, the cost reduction is 15% ($3) up to 99 lots and 20% ($4) for 100 lots and above.
Account balances below $150,000 will enjoy a 20% ($4) and 25% ($5) cost reduction for trading under 100 lots and 100 or more lots respectively.
Finally, accounts with a balance above $150,000 get a 25% cost reduction on all trades, saving $5 on every trade.
Who gets into the loyalty programme?
All existing FXTM clients with standard and ECN zero trading accounts can enrol into the loyalty programme. All that is needed is to join the promotion from the promotions page – that’s it!
